The countdown is on for Labor Day Weekend! With only six months remaining until the event kicks off on September 3–6, 2026, rooms are filling up fast. 

Limited Availability: 

Only 550 rooms are still available at the host hotel.

Exclusive Benefit: 

Every room reservation is guaranteed two free All-Access Passes, granting admission to workshops, day parties, the Sunday cookout, and free seating.

No Second Host Hotel: 

The Crowne Plaza is the only official hotel honoring these free passes; once it sells out, a second host hotel will not be added.
