We are thrilled to announce that the Chicago/O’Hare Crowne Plaza host hotel is completely sold out with over 1,100 guest room reservations. Our booking records currently show absolutely zero rooms remaining.

However, plans do change. We encourage you to call the hotel directly at 847-671-6350 and use group code STP to check for any last-minute cancellations.

Ticket and Pass Registration

For our first-time guests experiencing our complimentary weekend format, here is how you can secure your All-Access Passes and individual evening tickets:

• Pick-up location: Visit our event registration table in the host hotel lobby.

• Daily schedule: Tables are located at the front door during all daytime and evening sets.

• Requirements: Please present a valid photo ID and your hotel room key.

• Extras: You can also purchase additional passes or individual tickets at the table.

• Important note: Please keep your All-Access wristband on for the entire weekend until you are finished attending events.

Weekend Parking Details

• Host hotel guests: Registered guests in our group block automatically receive a discounted parking rate of $17 daily, which includes full in-and-out privileges.

• Commuters and visitors: Attendees not staying at the host hotel can also receive the discounted $17 daily parking rate. Please pick up a validation pass at our event registration table.
